Riding

We have been offering horseback riding at our farm since the year 2000. Personal service, personal atmosphere, experienced guides, excellent riding horses and maintained equipment ensure a high-quality experience. We are authorized by the Icelandic tourist board.

Short Tours

Between april and october we offer short riding tours on beautiful trails, in small groups and away from traffic.
A qualified guide accompanies all tours. We have horses suited to beginners as well as experienced riders.
We provide helmets and rain gear. Minimum age 6 years, maximum weight 100 kg.

Stop & Ride - Relax, Ride & Enjoy!

Experience our Stop & Ride package with an overnight stay in Cottage Húni or Fífill and a two-hour guided horseback ride (May - October) - no riding experience required.
Availability:
  • May, September & October: on all available dates
  • June - August: exclusively on bridge days (perfect for a short getaway in between)

Vacation

Our offer Ride & discover suits families and small groups of friends that want to plan their holidays more individually. This program combines riding and free time for own activities.
You need to rent a car to be flexible. You will spend the week in one of our cottages (self-catering only) and take part in a daily riding program.
Suits participants with advanced experience.
  • Minimum 2 participants
  • From June 1st until August 31nd 2026
  • Price for the riding program: ISK 99.000 per person
